Congratulations to Julie and Julie & (bad Julie who managed to venture out, albeit on Andre’ leash. )

We got away on time, loaded with 60 odd with  many carrying on some secret santa presents, that were soon to be consumed prior to our first stop off – Tumbulgum Hotel, with a 20 minute time limit,we rushed the bar staff and they stood up to the challenge and  soon ensaured that everyone had a drink or two in hand, then it was back on the bus heading for Mavis kitchen.

We must have intimidated those already there, because shortly there after we had the entire staff at our beck’n call, serving tapas which was quickly consumed leaving those who missed out eagerly waiting in line for the next tray. Then it was up into the restaurant were we offered a choice of either oven baked butter crumbed Atlantic Salmon served with potatos, an organic Salad &  lemon dipping sauce, or Oven baked Beef Fillet Wellington with mushroom and pate, served with a rich red wine jus and roast veggies.

Then after a few more drinks dessert was on the offering of either a wicked Belgian Chocolate Truffle Torte served with fresh berries sauce and cream or Brand Snap Basket with summer scripts and cream.

Then the entertainment really started with the Julie’s lucky draw segment, giving out raffle and lucky draw prizes.A big  thanks to those who donated the prizes.

Then some more Christmas drinks and the trip home, some might say that is when the party started for some, an almost nudie run up the bus as a farewell gift as he is heading to Melboure following his heart throb, almost there he was finally convinced that schoolies on the Gold Coast was the week before and he really needed to keep his pants on, if only he was Mr Iceland?

It was a great a night, great food with great friends. stand by for the photos- from many different angles.
