Race Report 17 January 2015
Another fantastic day at Twinnies Tri Club, the pool was a beautiful 28.1 deg courtesy of the run of hot hot weather, no wind on the bike or the run made for potentially great racing conditions, but it was still HOT and I over heard some members achieving PB’s on the Run leg!

We commenced outr$100 gift voucher giveaway today. Each week a $100 voucher will be made out to be spent with one of our sponsors, this week its was Cannabil and the lucky winner was James Mourant
The winners of our weekly random draw prizes were; Kylie Mison, Emily Roper, Tracy Foyster, Sue Hawkins and Jordon Birthwistle
Des spoke on the importance of eating before training for anything longer than 1 hour, he also praised the efforts of Clive Hodges who has been competing for a number of years and recently qualified for Kona at the ripe old age of 50- well done.
