Race Report 11 October 2014
Blessed with fine skies and working with two time zones, Twinnies had a huge roll up again, it was great to see the early riders with front and rear lights. Remember this is a MUST not a maybe, at least until its brighter. Also the word of advice from Dr Paul Woodger who found that when using your lights during day time riding it appeared that the motorists were more aware and gave more room.
Next week is our only Double Distance race of the season, it is not compulsory. If you are participating, double your normal race time and this will be your start time. You also need to rack your bikes on the farthest rack -closest to the bitumen road.
LIGHTS MUST BE ON AND OPERATING FRONT AND REAR. If your after points, don’t miss racing this Saturday – everyone gets 35 points! The earliest anyone can start is 05:00.
PLEASE KEEP THE NOISE DOWN AND BE MINDFUL OF OUR NEIGHBOURS.
