Our Twinnies members have returned safety from the jaunt up to Noosa, there were plenty of Twinnies people racing with a very vocal supporter group. Congratulations to everyone that finished it was a hot day!

Brandon Copeland racing the Open Age Group distance finished in a tidy 02:08:00 well done( Ps he wasn’t happy with his run time, just imagine if he ran well!).
Podium finishers Tracy Foyster 1st in 45-49 age group, Lisa Ross 3rd 40-44 age group and a huge pat on the back to John Warren having completed his 20th Noosa.

Christmas Party
An attendance list is available at the Registration desk and will be there until the end of November Cost $20 Members $40 Non-members. Following an extensive request list for bus pick ups the committee have determined there will be two pick up locations- Currumbin and Tweed
Doctor Bike –Senior
Today we were given a real life static display on the art of drafting- with stand in Guest Rob (made the Noosa film clip) Gillies. It was explained that around every cyclist racing under Triathlon rules is an imaginary box 7m long 3 m wide. That means no other cyclist is allowed in this area unless passing. If passing you have 15 seconds to pass, then the cyclist following must ensure they are at least 7m behind- point to remember DRAFTING IS CHEATING.
