This morning quite a strong northerly pushed cyclists up Fraser which was a welcome change until turning around at the roundabout where we then headed straight into the wind on the way down. Luckily most were back and on the run when the rain began which was cooling as there was a little humidity around earlier on. Just under 80 competitors took part in the race. Great to see lights front and back!
Presentation for the 2019/20 Season
Approval has been given from Twin Towns Services Club to finally go ahead with our Presentation for the 2019/20 Season which was cancelled in March due to Covid restrictions. The presentation will coincide with our Super Teams Sprint Race on Saturday 7th November. Presentation will begin after the completion of the race and breakfast will also be served. It is essential that we adhere to social distancing regulations set out by the NSW State Government so please be patient and relaxed with any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you. More details about the Super Teams Sprint Race and Presentation will follow next week.
Marshalls
Thank you to our Marshalls this week who unfortunately got a little wet out there this morning! THANK YOU Vaughan Skelly, Adrian Bartlett, Ginny Jones and Rob Worth.
Next week Marshalls are; Scott Wildon on Fraser, Pete Harrington at Woodlands Drive, Craig Telling at Lochlomond RAB and Sue Hawkins at the Tooloona RAB.
This week was the last week for Marshalls to nominate a preferred date. Please check the Marshalling Roster for your allocated marshalling slot. If the date allocated doesn’t suit, please organise your own replacement. Thank you!
Remember
Don’t forget to register for next weeks race no later than 7pm on Thursday night. Unfortunately no registrations will be taken on race morning.
Have a great weekend, week and train safely.
