Even though it’s always hard to get out of bed early on a Saturday morning, it’s a bonus to have had a fitness hit out before the heat of the sun takes hold. This morning was certainly a morning where anything too strenuous after 7.30am would have been challenging. Numbers were down with only 49 competitors as quite a few of our members are preparing to race tomorrow in the Kingscliff Triathlon. We wish all who will be racing tomorrow good luck!

Christmas Party.

Our Christmas Party is on tomorrow afternoon from 3.00 – 6.00pm. We have 73 confirmed party goers which is great!! …… So often we are in a hurry to get to the next activity on Saturday mornings so it will be really nice to have a relaxed get together to catch up with new and old members while enjoying a beverage or two (or three, four…) and some delicious platters. It’s of utmost importance that Covid rules are followed by signing in, adhering to social distancing and sitting down at the allocated tables. Unfortunately we are not allowed to walk around with drinks (other than walking from the bar to a seat).

Uniforms

A uniform order will be submitted to Cannibal on December 12th. A direct link to the Twin Towns Tri Club Cannibal Orders will posted early next week. Club Tri Suits will receive a $40 subsidy from the club on order. Please note that we must have a minimum of 10 orders for the orders to go ahead.
