New Uniform Day!
This morning we launched our new tri suits and as you can see they look fantastic! The new colours are eye catching and from all accounts are performance enhancing!
The sun was shining but conditions were pretty windy out on the bike and then luckily, not too hot on the run. The timekeepers have asked that you call your race number out clearly and loudly as you cross the timing mat so they can ensure your number has registered with the system.
A big thank you to Catie Jones who is doing a brilliant job timekeeping and posting Tri Club info and action shots on social media.
Super Teams Event
Kev outlined the format for our Super Teams Event that will be held on Saturday 9th November. Keep an eye out on the website for full details.

The 15th December is set for our Christmas Party. It will be on the balcony at Terranora Tavern from 2pm. Hope you can make it!!
Drafting
Unfortunately there were quite a few competitors on the course drafting on the bike. Today was a warning for all that in future weeks you risk receiving a time penalty if you are reported for drafting

Marshalls
Thank you to our course Marshalls today; Rowena Smith, Peter Crowe, Brendan Brookes and Charlotte Dance-Wilson.
Next week marshalls are; Simon Harradene on Fraser, Kara Pearse at Woodlands Drive, Dean Webb at Lochlomond RAB and Jamie Johnson at the Tooloona RAB.

60 Seconds with Jo Colja
Jo is a long term member of our club having completed in over 200 races in the past 11 years. Jo has competed in Sprint, Standard, Half and Full Ironman events and has competed at the ITU Age Group Championships twice. Next weekend Jo will be racing at Noosa and we all wish her a great race!
