Twin Towns Triathlon Race Report 6 October 2012
The word went out that we had our first sponsored breakfast of the season, thanks to Danny and Lisa Warner of mcspainting.com.au (Call Danny on 0418 752-793 for your domestic and commercial painting needs) the crowd turned up in droves, 9 brand new starters this week along with just over 115 regulars.

Sponsors of this mornings breakfast- Danny & Lisa Warner
With daylight saving for NSW kicking in tomorrow morning, lets see how many of our Queensland members get there head around the 1 hour difference for next week and turn up on NSW time.
If you are interested in sponsoring one of our breakfast, drop me a line and I’ll let you know what’s involved. Our next breakfast is on the 10th November, a week after the Noosa Triathlon.

Dr Bike instructed us on braking, pointing out that the front brake when used correctly is responsible for 70% of your braking effort and the rear brakes only 30%. It is important to remember when braking- on do it in a straight line. He recommended finding a quite street to practice your front wheel braking.
Julie Bloor will be accepting your uniform orders next week, along with payment. She intends placing the order with Cannabil shortly thereafter.
