RACE 10 REPORT
A glorious day for Twin Towns Triathlon, with just on 100 competitors and 4 new comers, the racing was fast, there were some reports of ‘trains’ running around our course?? We all know the rules on drafting, ( if not check out the link) so a little bit of self policing would not go astray.
Congratulations to Ryan Stoddart on winning the Russ Evans Memorial towel for being the point score leader at the end of October.
For those that placed an order for the new uniform and have not collected it yet, you have until next Saturday otherwise it will be sold. Please contact Julie Bloor or Julie West.
We have started a list taking names for the Christmas Party to Mavis Kitchen on 12th December. A bus will be leaving Club Banora with seats for 55. It is anticipated that the cost will be around $35. More details will be available closer to the time from Julie.
Triathlon 101 – You must dismount prior to the racks, the dismount area is signified by two orange witches cones, helmets must remain fastened until you have racked your bike. When swimming in the pool, stay to the left of the black line.
